New-format national licences from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan are accepted without an International Driving Permit. Other countries need an IDP.
Settlement inside Uzbekistan is in soum. Other currencies are shown at the Central Bank rate so you can judge the amount, but the charge is always in soum.
